With the slamming on of the brakes, the trailer stayed steady and straight but the car broke loose of her straps and slid forward off and over the trailer onto the trailer tongue damaging the lower radiator support and ever so slightly the radiator. This also cut the fuel line and all the fuel drained onto the hwy.
