Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1930 Ford Coupe. This car was built with no intension of ever selling. No corners were cut on having the best fabrication work and no cost was spared on the purchasing parts. You will hunt for a long time before you find a project in this stage and condition for sale. I have a clean California Title and I just recently put the car on non op. I have all parts to complete minus glass. I do have the original glass that came with the unchopped car. The reason for selling is my wife and I had a kid about a year and a half ago and I’m not going to be able to enjoy this car as I planned. Every part on the car that’s black was blasted and powder coated with the exception of a few parts that couldn't bake. I have about 85- 90% of the receipts for parts and all receipts for the engine, fabrication work and the chassis. I will have the body mounted to the frame and all parts boxed up. I highly recommednd a closed trailer for shipping and personally coming to see the vehicle. If you have any questions feel free to call 209.416.8857 anytime between 8am and 6pm pacific time. Viewing all the photos is a must to see everything that goes with the car. I recently bolted the body, steering and a few other parts on the vehicle to help in shipping and a visual of what the car looks like with the body on. I would highly suggest that the body be taken back off to paint the car. (8 bolts, steering column, a few friends and the body is back off)The chop and patch panels were completed so nicely that very minimal filers would have to be used. The doors are all origional with no patch panels. I also have a roll around cart for the body that the winng bidder can have. If they are able and feel like taking it. I'm availible after the purchase if the winning bidder needs to call to ask any questions... Within reason. My hopes are the buyer of the car doesn't ruin the traditional look and thought that has went into the build and put digital gauges and disk brakes on the car or primer it, install a tall shifter, mexican blanket seat cover and never truely finish it. If the car is finished it will be at least a 40k car that's not like the other model a's out there. My reserve is just above half that. I'm in the car over 30K as it sits and countless hours. On Jun-11-14 at 14:45:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Reserve is off at 22k, I've had enough interest and calls on the vehicle that I'm going to green light my coupe. This car won't be around for a second chance next week. Good luck!On Jun-11-14 at 14:52:59 PDT, seller added the following information: For those I spoke with on the phone, My reserve was at 25k and I just lowered it to 22k.
