1963 Triumph TR-4 Exodus Muscle Cars is proud to present this little British sports car. This little car is a blast to drive. The TR-4 was a 5 year run only. These cars having roll up side windows was one of the upgrades from it's predecessor. This ride is very peppy and and has great torque and acceleration. It has the original 2,138 cc inline engine with dual side draft carbs. The ignition has been update to a Crane Cam XR-700 box & has K&N air filters. The brakes, clutch and electronics are all in good working order. It has good floor and trunk pans front to rear. It has new 60 spoke chrome wire wheels with knock off's. It has new 165R 15 Kumho radial tires. The soft top is in very good condition with no tears. It has a good tonneau cover as well. It has a nice JVC CD player with removable face and remote and rear Bose speakers. It has a new walnut wood dash. The instruments all work and look good.It has a spare and jack in the trunk. The previous owner bought it in 2005 and said it has always been a good trouble free car. It has been repainted with a base coat clear coat product. The paint and finish look nice. The known defects are the side of the driver seat has black duct tape on it. I am sure it has a tear there due to the seat compressing every time you sit in it. The hood at the right front about 10" from the front edge has an outward dimple and broke the paint. The front and rear bumpers could use replateing or new reproductions. With the bumpers redone it would really ad to this car. I am sure the hood got shut on some thing? The interior and door panels are in good condition except as mentioned. This is a nice entry level collector you can have fun with without spending a small fortune. The mileage is exempt. These cars hold there value well so if they are maintained during ownership you can always get your money back and more if you hang to them for a while.
