Please read my description in its entirety -- I've tried to list all the important details but if there's something I missed just askThis is a real auction with a $500 starting bid & no reserveThis little Dart can be a driver or would be an excellent candidate for a 340, 383 or 440 clone or street rod or drag car -- how often do you see one like this that will take minimal work to restore -- most of these you see now days need quarters, floor pans, trunk pans, fenders, etc or they've had multiple previous repairs and are loaded with bondo -- this car does not need any replacement sheet metal or patch panels -- doors click closed and all body panels fit properly (nothing warped or tweaked)We drove it today about 30 miles and it ran perfect & shifted perfect -- nice solid ride with no squeaks or rattles -- brakes work okay but have a low pedal and are a little soft, I'm sure they just need bled because it's been sitting for a year-- new gas tank installed 2 years ago -- I don't know of any reason the buyer couldn't drive it homeThis car is equipped with a Slant 6 engine and automatic transmission (no power steering, no power brakes & no A/C) just what you want for a street car or drag carShows 90,375 miles and it runs excellent & drives good -- it sat in the warehouse for a whole year and started right up -- all we had to do was hook up the jumper cablesGood tires Bridgestone on front with about 80% tread and Firestone Primewells on back with about 60% tread This car is completely original and unmolested -- very nice grill, headlight surrounds & hood trim -- nice bumpers with good chrome -- very nice side trim & trunk trimBody is very straight and has all of the original paint (that is what's left of it) except for one small area on the right front fender less than a foot in diameter No bondo & no previous repairs -- It is a southern car and has no rust thru anywhere -- it's rock solid -- any rust you see in my pics is just surface rust -- when viewing the pictures of the trunk it appears to be rusty but it's rock solid and is not heavily pitted, it should media blast and look just fine when refinished -- has some minor damage on the right front fender above the molding which you can clearly see in my pictures -- inside needs redone (headliner, seat covers, dash pad & door panels) -- the only part missing on this car is the plastic radio bezel -- original dog dish hubcapsThis car comes with a clear title which will be transferred to the new owner at time of paymentPayment please in 7 days or less -- drive home or send a transport or trailer and we will be glad to help loadFor questions or additional info please email or you can call 816-578-5555 (noon-7PM) or 913-897-2324 7PM-10PM) CST
