MG Midget/Austin Sprite Race car project-. It is either a Midget or Sprite and was converted to a racecar many years ago. Mileage is unknown as is the model year. In Alabama they do not issue titles for pre 1974 cars, sold on Bill of Sale only. What you see in the pictures is it. A tub with a 7 point cage and side crash bars. We are not sure of thickness or construction of this cage nor if it is applicable to any series rules currently or ever in effect. Car appears rust free and solid. Car carries a fiberglass hood that is secured with 4 hood pins. Trunk was out fitted with a fuel cell (bladder out of date). Tires are cracked but do hold air for short periods. We have a 4 cylinder heads, a transmission and a differential to go with this tub and are included with the auction. This car is being sold as is, where is. No guarantees are expressed or implied. Pre-1974 vehicles in Alabama were not issued titles sold on Bill of Sale only. This car is being presented as a project with everything in need of attention or repair. Items only directly related to this vehicle shown in the pictures are included; none of the background items are included in this auction. The seller assumes no liability after transaction is completed. Payment is due at time of pick-up. Buyer is responsible for all transportation arrangements- this includes shipping and loading. Arrangements must be made within 5 days of auction end and car must be transported within 14 days of auction end.
