I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very hard to find 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo sedan in impressive condition. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in a medium green metallic over tan which looks great. Walking around this Volvo, you'll see that it is in rather impressive physical condition. There is a dent over the LR fender. Otherwise, I didn't notice anything worth mentioning on the exterior. The paint has a nice shine and looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The turbo specific alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this rare Volvo is. I would rate the interior of this Volvo 850 Turbo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION. The only bad thing I can say about the interior of this Volvo is that the headliner is saggy...which is the case with the majority of these cars at this age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash is clean and all of the wood trim is present and tight. The leather seats are soft, supple and very comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seat work properly. This 850 Turbo comes with the original owners manual, two keys and one remote (needs battery). Both front seats are heated. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does NOT blow cold air. The original stereo has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Volvo 850 Turbo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.3L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are pretty good for an older car. I can tell from my time driving it that she probably needs lower ball joints which aren't a huge deal. Other than a bit of side to side motion associated with the ball joints, the suspension and steering feel good. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. When I got this car, there was a check engine light on for the upstream oxygen sensor. I cleared the code to see if it would come back. As of yet, it hasn't come back but it may...just so you know. The engine makes good power and the turbo spools up quickly. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she cruises well. The previous owner appears to have taken pretty good care of this one. I can see a timing belt service sticker but I cannot read the date or mileage. She does have a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of 2014. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very hard to find 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo sedan in impressive condition. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in a medium green metallic over tan which looks great. Walking around this Volvo, you'll see that it is in rather impressive physical condition. There is a dent over the LR fender. Otherwise, I didn't notice anything worth mentioning on the exterior. The paint has a nice shine and looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The turbo specific alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this rare Volvo is.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo 850 Turbo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION. The only bad thing I can say about the interior of this Volvo is that the headliner is saggy...which is the case with the majority of these cars at this age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash is clean and all of the wood trim is present and tight. The leather seats are soft, supple and very comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seat work properly. This 850 Turbo comes with the original owners manual, two keys and one remote (needs battery). Both front seats are heated. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does NOT blow cold air. The original stereo has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Volvo 850 Turbo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.3L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are pretty good for an older car. I can tell from my time driving it that she probably needs lower ball joints which aren't a huge deal. Other than a bit of side to side motion associated with the ball joints, the suspension and steering feel good. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. When I got this car, there was a check engine light on for the upstream oxygen sensor. I cleared the code to see if it would come back. As of yet, it hasn't come back but it may...just so you know. The engine makes good power and the turbo spools up quickly. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she cruises well. The previous owner appears to have taken pretty good care of this one. I can see a timing belt service sticker but I cannot read the date or mileage. She does have a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of 2014. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
