Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very rare BMW 750iL. This is the V12 flag ship sedan of the BMW family and was produced in every limited numbers which make these very exclusive automobiles. I would rate this specific example to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for its age and mileage. The first thing you notice about this car is its color. Calypso Red is my favorite color offered by BMW and it is not an easy color to find on any E38...let alone a V12 car. The finish on this 750iL has a mile deep shine and is as smooth as glass. As you walk around this BMW, you will find it to be in nearly pristine condition. The only cosmetic flaws I could find are two small rub marks on the black bumper trim on the left front and rear corners. One would have to be looking for them to see that they are there. All of the glass and lenses are intact. All of the body trim is intact. Aside from the "750iL" badging on the rear of the car, the only visible exterior clue as to the status of this car is the thin spoke alloy wheels which were specific to the V12 car. Otherwise, this car looks very subtle and unassuming. The alloy wheels show very well and there is a matching spare in the truck. The tires show good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the 100 high quality photos to see exactly how exceptional this BMW is. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this car...as you'd expect in an automobile like this. I would also rate the interior of this BMW to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, please take your time and look at each of the photos closely to see how correct this car is. The first thing you notice as you walk up to the car and open the door is the brilliant contrast between the Calypso Red exterior and the tan interior. The stitched leather door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show very well throughout the graciously appointed interior. A full set of original BMW floor mats are included. The original rear passenger foot rests are also included. The leather seats are soft and supple as they should be. All four seats are power operated and heated for the best in passenger comfort. After you settle into the drivers seat, the subtle differences between the V8 and V12 model become apparent. The door cards, dash and center are all stitched leather...not molded plastic. The trim around the interior reading lamps is wood...not plastic. There is also additional wood trim that is not available in lesser models. The double-gasket windows seal tightly to keep outside noise where it should be...outside. The result is an incredibly quiet and peaceful interior. The headliner is in nearly pristine condition. The rear shade does up and down smoothly. The side shades are all intact. The tensioners for the sail shades are a little lack luster...which simply occurs with age on these cars. Back up front in the drivers position, you'll find everything fully intact and functional. The ash tray, storage compartment and cup holders all open and close properly. The stereo system is the original BMW premium sound with cassette up front and a CD changer in the truck. The stereo sounds great and does not appear to have been abused. The climate control system appears to be in perfect working condition. It offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger. The heater keeps the cabin warm on brisk mornings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be working properly. Inside the glove box are a full set of original books and manuals in their original leather portfolio. The trunk is spacious and includes a full tool set as well as the original cargo net and straps. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.4L V12 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. When you're driving a V12 car, the road is all yours. In spite of being a full sized luxury sedan, this 750iL is equally comfortable navigating back country roads as it is flying down the highway. The suspension feels great for its age. There is a very, very slight amount of play in the lower bushings but nothing that requires immediate attention. If I were writing this about any other car, I would probably not even mention it. The steering feels good. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot light on other than an intermittant airbag light. The V12 engine makes an ample amount of silky smooth power that seems to never end. The five speed adaptive drive automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts as it should. Out on the highway, accelleration is effortless and cruising seems as easy as idling. These cars are geared to gobble up the freeway. You have to pay specific attention when you are driving this car unless you enjoy talking to police officers. Every car has its "comfortable cruising speed" where the car just feels right. For this car, that speed is around 90mph which I hear is frowned upon by law enforcement. Cruising at 70mph, the engine turns at barely 2,000 rpm. The result is surprisingly good highway fuel economy. I've owned a few V12 cars in my time and they are absolutely wonderful to own and drive. Maintainence isn't bad because they are basically two straight six's joined at the crank...and European straight six's are known to be among the most durable engines around. This BMW comes as a fresh new car trade and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of October, 2014. This appears to be a two owner BMW. It looks as if the last owner bought it as a certified pre-owned with a little over 40k miles back in 1999 and has owned and cared for it for the last 15 years. If you've been searching for one of these but haven't found the right one yet, this pristine example deserves your consideration. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very rare BMW 750iL. This is the V12 flag ship sedan of the BMW family and was produced in every limited numbers which make these very exclusive automobiles. I would rate this specific example to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for its age and mileage. The first thing you notice about this car is its color. Calypso Red is my favorite color offered by BMW and it is not an easy color to find on any E38...let alone a V12 car. The finish on this 750iL has a mile deep shine and is as smooth as glass. As you walk around this BMW, you will find it to be in nearly pristine condition. The only cosmetic flaws I could find are two small rub marks on the black bumper trim on the left front and rear corners. One would have to be looking for them to see that they are there. All of the glass and lenses are intact. All of the body trim is intact. Aside from the "750iL" badging on the rear of the car, the only visible exterior clue as to the status of this car is the thin spoke alloy wheels which were specific to the V12 car. Otherwise, this car looks very subtle and unassuming. The alloy wheels show very well and there is a matching spare in the truck. The tires show good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the 100 high quality photos to see exactly how exceptional this BMW is. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this car...as you'd expect in an automobile like this.
I would also rate the interior of this BMW to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. Again, please take your time and look at each of the photos closely to see how correct this car is. The first thing you notice as you walk up to the car and open the door is the brilliant contrast between the Calypso Red exterior and the tan interior. The stitched leather door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show very well throughout the graciously appointed interior. A full set of original BMW floor mats are included. The original rear passenger foot rests are also included. The leather seats are soft and supple as they should be. All four seats are power operated and heated for the best in passenger comfort. After you settle into the drivers seat, the subtle differences between the V8 and V12 model become apparent. The door cards, dash and center are all stitched leather...not molded plastic. The trim around the interior reading lamps is wood...not plastic. There is also additional wood trim that is not available in lesser models. The double-gasket windows seal tightly to keep outside noise where it should be...outside. The result is an incredibly quiet and peaceful interior. The headliner is in nearly pristine condition. The rear shade does up and down smoothly. The side shades are all intact. The tensioners for the sail shades are a little lack luster...which simply occurs with age on these cars. Back up front in the drivers position, you'll find everything fully intact and functional. The ash tray, storage compartment and cup holders all open and close properly. The stereo system is the original BMW premium sound with cassette up front and a CD changer in the truck. The stereo sounds great and does not appear to have been abused. The climate control system appears to be in perfect working condition. It offers independent temperature controls for the driver and passenger. The heater keeps the cabin warm on brisk mornings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be working properly. Inside the glove box are a full set of original books and manuals in their original leather portfolio. The trunk is spacious and includes a full tool set as well as the original cargo net and straps.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.4L V12 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. When you're driving a V12 car, the road is all yours. In spite of being a full sized luxury sedan, this 750iL is equally comfortable navigating back country roads as it is flying down the highway. The suspension feels great for its age. There is a very, very slight amount of play in the lower bushings but nothing that requires immediate attention. If I were writing this about any other car, I would probably not even mention it. The steering feels good. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot light on other than an intermittant airbag light. The V12 engine makes an ample amount of silky smooth power that seems to never end. The five speed adaptive drive automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts as it should. Out on the highway, accelleration is effortless and cruising seems as easy as idling. These cars are geared to gobble up the freeway. You have to pay specific attention when you are driving this car unless you enjoy talking to police officers. Every car has its "comfortable cruising speed" where the car just feels right. For this car, that speed is around 90mph which I hear is frowned upon by law enforcement. Cruising at 70mph, the engine turns at barely 2,000 rpm. The result is surprisingly good highway fuel economy. I've owned a few V12 cars in my time and they are absolutely wonderful to own and drive. Maintainence isn't bad because they are basically two straight six's joined at the crank...and European straight six's are known to be among the most durable engines around. This BMW comes as a fresh new car trade and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of October, 2014. This appears to be a two owner BMW. It looks as if the last owner bought it as a certified pre-owned with a little over 40k miles back in 1999 and has owned and cared for it for the last 15 years. Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
