Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1998 Chevy Corvette that I've owned since December of 2007. Came stock and fully loaded. I couldn't help myself and set about upgrading. I installed a set of 08' Z06 chrome wheels with Kumho tires. Already in place was a West Coast Custom Corsa Daytona Exhaust system. I added Kooks Headers, an LS7 intake and a Vortech Supercharger. Dyno'd to 520 RWHP. In front catching your eye is an RKSport carbon fiber hood with a fiberglass front spoiler. Stock rear end and trans. Never got around to upgrading those, but since I never had a desire to go to the track, it didn't matter. The interior is stock except for the JVC stereo with Sirius satalite radio, bluetooth, DVD, w/external aux output for MP3 players. All backed up with a Blaupunkt Subwoofer in the rear well. Shifter has an A5 adapter with a custom made red wine knob. The car has been stored for the better part of the last 2 years. I unplugged the battery during this time. Recently I unwrapped everything to take it to my mechanic to have the oil (MobilOne synthetic) changed, just because it's been sitting. The service engine light came on. My Mechanic says 3 codes were tripped by having the battery disconnected and that GM will have to reprogram the codes out, in order to clear. This may not be worth mentioning since I plan to call my local Dealer and make an appointment for it. I'm just being upfront about everything. The only thing this car needs is a fuel sensor sending unit in the first tank. These cars have 2 gas tanks. Therefore 2 sending units. It does not effect the way the car runs or performs, so I never had it fixed. Whenever the car is full of fuel, for about a quarter tank, it occasionally beeps a warning and the needle will drop to "E". This stops when the car gets to 3/4's of a tank. That is everything. I'm selling because I spend more time on my Harley, than driving. Have to clear some space. Please do not try to low ball me. I'm already taking a huge hit. Have pity on me for having to move my baby to good home. She's RedHot and ready!
