$50,000 build at Kustom Koach Kraft, Herford, TX (receipts copy included/pictured) in 2007, now with 10k miles. Over the top restoration. Rare factory Red with Red interior, 400 V8, loaded example to start with, extreme attention to originality was taken, yet much nicer than GM would have produced. Paintwork and finish are literally show car material. Even with 7 years and 10K miles, this paint is mind blowing. I don't like this term, but the finish is truly, LIKE GLASS. Speaking of glass by the way, it is all new, as is all seals, all trim, emblems, motor, trans, suspension, a/c, brakes, radiator, cooling system, complete interior, bumpers, all chrome, grill, wiring, bulbs, plastics, felts, rubber, steering, tires, battery, everything was new or rebuilt. Just way too much to try and describe accurately...especially since so many cars and trucks on ebay are described as 'total restoration' and so few really are...this one really is. Drives like new and sounds amazing. Factory 400 with 350 Turbo automatic. Federal truck so very little required for smog, and like everything else on it, the complete dual exhaust system...is new. No wind noise, rattles, freeway wander, pulling under braking, smoking, burning oil, funny noises, odors, overheating, vibrations etc. You will be amazed, no surprises. Very realistically could be your daily driver (if you didn't want to preserve it for shows/investment appreciation). Everything works as new, and as it should including the A/C in all 3 speeds (recently charged/serviced and will chill you to the bone), defrost and heat (heater core just recently replaced, as the first one failed. Left small stain on passenger side carpet). Aftermarket carburetor and manifold update in 2012 for prior owners personal preference, with original carb, manifold and air cleaner included (pictured). Brand new never used rainproof custom Blazer/SUV cover included (pictured). At less than 1/2 the cost to build just a few years ago and pampered ever since, this is quite possibly the nicest 1976 Blazer on the planet available today.
