I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the powerful 4.7L PowerTech V8 engine. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is one of the most awarded SUV's produced and offers a substantial value in a used SUV. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Jeep. The black exterior looks great with the factory tinted windows and chrome aftermarket wheels. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws on the exterior commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Jeep, there are really only two things to point out on the exterior. One is a small patch of rust visible on the exterior of the one rocker panel which is common with this body style. The other is a faded section of paint on the right corner of the hood and right fender. It looks like someone may have buffed it a little hard...I'm not sure how it got that way. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The aftermarket chrome wheels look great and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior of this Jeep is clean. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The leather seats are clean, soft and supple. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The "up/down" function of the drivers seat does not seem to work and is probably a faulty switch. Also, the RF window does not open. Otherwise, everything appears to be in proper working order. The factory premium sound system powers up and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls which are very convenient. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on crisp mornings. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The dash and headliner are clean, too. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.7L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. You can feel some wear in the strut bushings (I think) from age but that doesn't really affect how the truck drives...you just hear a little rattle occasionally over rough surfaces. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on. The front diff howls a little at speed which is normal for these trucks as they begin to age. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The Quadra-Trac II full time 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This Jeep comes to us as a fresh NEW CAR TRADE from a local multi-franchise new car dealership and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2014. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the powerful 4.7L PowerTech V8 engine. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is one of the most awarded SUV's produced and offers a substantial value in a used SUV. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Jeep. The black exterior looks great with the factory tinted windows and chrome aftermarket wheels. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws on the exterior commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Jeep, there are really only two things to point out on the exterior. One is a small patch of rust visible on the exterior of the one rocker panel which is common with this body style. The other is a faded section of paint on the right corner of the hood and right fender. It looks like someone may have buffed it a little hard...I'm not sure how it got that way. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The aftermarket chrome wheels look great and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior of this Jeep is clean. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The leather seats are clean, soft and supple. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The "up/down" function of the drivers seat does not seem to work and is probably a faulty switch. Also, the RF window does not open. Otherwise, everything appears to be in proper working order. The factory premium sound system powers up and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls which are very convenient. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm on crisp mornings. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The dash and headliner are clean, too.
Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.7L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels tight. You can feel some wear in the strut bushings (I think) from age but that doesn't really affect how the truck drives...you just hear a little rattle occasionally over rough surfaces. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on. The front diff howls a little at speed which is normal for these trucks as they begin to age. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The Quadra-Trac II full time 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This Jeep comes to us as a fresh NEW CAR TRADE from a local multi-franchise new car dealership and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2014. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
