My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire descrition as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very, very desirable 2003 BMW 525i with the factory Sport Package and Premium package. As many know, the 2003 model year was the final year of the E39 chassis which left us to deal with the new E60 cars which were not very well recieved, as most of the new iDrive cars came with endless amounts of frustration and problems. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this sedan. As you can see, this is a gorgeous BMW. The black metallic finish looks like glass and has a mile deep shine all around. As with any used vehicle, please expect to find a few small imperfections here and there commensurate with age and mileage. The body is nice and straight with no damage present. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact and show well. The optional sport alloy wheels show very well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this BMW is. I would also rate the interior to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, the light interior contrasts nicely against the black exterior. The door cards are clean, tight and show almost no wear. The carpets also show very well throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The tan leather seats are very comfortable and show well throughout the interior. The upgraded seats that come with the Sport Package are excellent and hold you firmly in place. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood trim is fully intact and shows very well. In addition to more supportive seats, the Sport Package includes a Motorsport three spoke steering wheel and Motorsport wood shift knob. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is the original BMW Premium Sound with in-dash CD which sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the cabin cozy on cool mornings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. The original spare and tool kit are included. Again, please look at each of the photos to see how clean this BMW is. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The factory Sport suspension feels tight and well sorted, giving this sedan a confident feel whether you're cruising down the interstate or carving corners down a back road. The steering feels excellent and the brakes stop this sedan with no issues. Driving this car is an absolute pleasure and the Motorsport suspension keeps a constant smile on your face. The engine runs as smooth as silk. She makes good power and loves to rev. She keeps perfect temperature at all times. There was a check engine light for the air flow meter (P0102). I cleared it and it hasn't come back yet...but it may. Sometimes these codes are a random thing, sometimes they come back. There are absolutely no drivability issues with this car. She is an absolute pleasure to drive and I would take her anywhere without a second thought. The clutch feels nice and light. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are nice and easy as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you prefer to drive your BMW yourself and not have a computer do it for you, this car deserves your consideration. This is the last of the good BMW's, in my opinion. She comes to us as a fresh new car trade and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of November, 2014. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire descrition as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very, very desirable 2003 BMW 525i with the factory Sport Package and Premium package. As many know, the 2003 model year was the final year of the E39 chassis which left us to deal with the new E60 cars which were not very well recieved, as most of the new iDrive cars came with endless amounts of frustration and problems. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this sedan. As you can see, this is a gorgeous BMW. The black metallic finish looks like glass and has a mile deep shine all around. As with any used vehicle, please expect to find a few small imperfections here and there commensurate with age and mileage. The body is nice and straight with no damage present. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact and show well. The optional sport alloy wheels show very well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this BMW is.
I would also rate the interior to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, the light interior contrasts nicely against the black exterior. The door cards are clean, tight and show almost no wear. The carpets also show very well throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The tan leather seats are very comfortable and show well throughout the interior. The upgraded seats that come with the Sport Package are excellent and hold you firmly in place. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood trim is fully intact and shows very well. In addition to more supportive seats, the Sport Package includes a Motorsport three spoke steering wheel and Motorsport wood shift knob. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is the original BMW Premium Sound with in-dash CD which sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the cabin cozy on cool mornings and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. The original spare and tool kit are included. Again, please look at each of the photos to see how clean this BMW is.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The factory Sport suspension feels tight and well sorted, giving this sedan a confident feel whether you're cruising down the interstate or carving corners down a back road. The steering feels excellent and the brakes stop this sedan with no issues. Driving this car is an absolute pleasure and the Motorsport suspension keeps a constant smile on your face. The engine runs as smooth as silk. She makes good power and loves to rev. She keeps perfect temperature at all times. There was a check engine light for the air flow meter (P0102). I cleared it and it hasn't come back yet...but it may. Sometimes these codes are a random thing, sometimes they come back. There are absolutely no drivability issues with this car. She is an absolute pleasure to drive and I would take her anywhere without a second thought. The clutch feels nice and light. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are nice and easy as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you prefer to drive your BMW yourself and not have a computer do it for you, this car deserves your consideration. This is the last of the good BMW's, in my opinion. She comes to us as a fresh new car trade and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of November, 2014. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
