I recently purchased this 944 with the hopes of driving it, then came upon too many projects for me to handle. With a thermostat, you will have a running driving vehicle that shifts well, has a good clutch and a smooth running motor. Drivers exterior door handle does not work, dash is cracked and both the drivers and passenger seats upholstery is trashed. I had it out for a test drive a little over a month ago to check the new wheel bearings and charge the battery, and it doesn't leak oil the last time I checked. It also has new computer w/hp chip, coil, and fuel pressure regulator in 2 1/2 years. Rear axles 3 years ago. Front struts 5-6 years ago. Front a-arms 7 years ago. Replaced ac compressor 6 months ago. Oversized offset 911 rims. Windshield 7 years ago.
