I bought this car 8 months ago. It was described as a 20k mile original car. When it showed up, it was obvious it was 120k mile car. After fighting with the seller, I finally gave up and just accepted I was lied to about the car. I was looking for an original low mileage car. My loss is your gain. The reserve for this car is 4,000.00. I have limited driving experience with the car. I took it out tonight to be able to give an accurate description of the car. It has been resprayed at some point. It's a 10' job. The car came out of Michigan. I don't have much history on the car as the previous owner was obviously a flipper who didn't care about telling the truth in the first place. The car has sat since I bought it in my warehouse. I sprayed it once with starting fluid and it fired right up. The speedometer only goes up to 25, then it stops. The brakes have air in them and give a slow pulse response through the peddle. I would not want to stop this car from 60mph for safety. It was fine driving it around locally under 45. Car has a slight pull to the right. Everything is very original to the car and what you should expect of a car with 120k miles that's original. Rest of the gauges work. Pot metal on the car has pitting as expected. The transmission shifts fine, no major leaks. The grill has been painted. The only real downside to the car is that it has been hit in the driver front at some point. You can see from the pictures below that a block of wood is being used behind the bumper to space it properly. You can see the slight frame damage. I would assume this was when the repaint took place This car is what it is. A driver quality car that someone can work on as they drive to slowly improve it. It won't be a high dollar car, but it's an excellent starter car for someone. I tend to over describe a car. You can look at my feedback to see what type of seller I am. The car is in a warehouse, but will need to be moved within a month. I can hold it till then. Upon payment within 3 days of close of auction I will overnight the title to you.
