For sale is a wonderful overnight boat with a full inventory of sails. The carpets were replaced 2 years ago, and the interior cushions were replaced with new foam and covers last year. The Johnson outboard Sailmaster style with a long shaft was purchased on eBay last year. There was a video of it running and the motor appears to be in very good shape. We just have not had the time this year to get it connected. It has electric start and the boat does have a brand new (not yet installed) ingnition switch for this motor. There are also controls by the wheel steer for the forward/reverse and throttle. The one cable is bad but a brand new replacement is on board ready to be installed. The wooden removable hatch boards were new last year and look great on the inside. There is a proper deadbolt for locking unlike the usual style that you see on boats with a padlock. This way you can also lock yourself in at night for safety and privacy. The boat does come with the coffee maker, microwave and the v-berth bedding. The aft-berth is a foam pad and we would use a sleeping bag for our child to sleep in back there. There is a newer Sony stereo on the boat with two new speakers. It has an input line for an ipod. The TV has a built in DVD player but only works on shore power, as does the three bulb light in the center of the cabin. It is a very comfortable boat to stay the night on. There is a collection of life-jackets and some bow lines, extra rope and a couple anchors that are included as well. The sails are in large tupperware bins for safe keeping, but are included in the sale, even though they are not pictured. I have owned the boat since 2010 and just dont get enough time away from work to enjoy it like I would like to. It is currently moored in a slip in Mooresville NC, on Lake Norman. The owner of the marina is great. They have fuel there, a snack store with some boat supplies, hot showers and toilets. There is also a repair yard at the marina with a lift to take the boat out if you wish to move it. There is no trailer for this boat. A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of close of bidding, the balance due in Cash or Money Order/Cashiers Check when you take delivery or pick up. Pick-Up needs to be made within 10 days of close of auction, or arrangements made with the Marina.
