We do not take down payments via Pay Pal. We have a clean title in hand. Car has been in in-op status with DMV so there are no past due fee's owed. Car is not currently registered since car wasn't driven while being restored. Again, there are no past due DMV fee's owed. You will pay tax and license in your own state.
