Vehicle Detail
Nice rare model truck in great running condition. Right exhaust manifold leak and I include new exhaust manifold gasket set for both sides. Blower motor not working, includes new blower motor VDO in box. Bed in excellent shape except pinholes in inner bed and tailgate. Starts, runs, shifts, steers and stops great. Good oil pressure and does not smoke or use oil. Radiator good and tires are like new. Driven daily. Lots of surface rust areas as you can see, but rust through only in bottom front of doors see pictures. Hood has holes in bottom panel on sides, but I have another hood available for $100 extra. A new hood is cheap, but shipping is expensive. Factory air, but missing compressor. No radio. You can see a video of this truck that starts great on Facebook under Reisinger Custom Rebuilding. In 1973, a new model was offered, the F-350 SRW (single rear wheel) pickup. These were new heavy-duty pickups made with contractors and camping enthusiasts in mind. The trucks rode on a longer-wheelbase chassis but were the same overall length as an F-100 or F-250 pickup. Ordering the Camper Special package on an F-350 SRW made it a Super Camper Special which was designed for the much heavier slide-in campers coming on the market at that time. This has spare in front passenger side panel which is also in great shape. Power steering works great and doesn't leak either. On Apr-14-14 at 20:48:50 PDT, seller added the following information: I have both F-350 emblems and both Super Camper Special emblems for both fenders. They were in the glove box when I bought truck. Some of the pins are broke off but at least have those emblems.
