I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you can bid with confidence. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a very nice little Geo Prizm, a literal clone of the same year Toyota Corolla. The Prizm was a joint Chevy/Toyota venture. They were built on the same assembly line, from the same parts at a shared assembly plant in southern California. The Prizm and Corolla use the same bulletproof Toyota 1.6L and automatic transmission that built Toyota’s reputation for reliability. This car was a local Chevy dealer trade. If the faded bumper stickers that were on it are any indication, this car has clearly been well loved by the same owner for a long time. This car has recently had a maor service. It has a new timeing belt and water pump as well as the headgasket and related gaskets replaced. That is pretty much all of the major engine service that this car could need for quite a long time. At the same time it was given a tune up with new plugs, wire, and cap & rotor as well as a fresh oil change. The body of this Prizm is in quite good shape for the age and mileage. I don’t see any rust in the usual places, around the fenders, on the rockers, or in the door corners. The paint is an interesting color that is silvery in some lights and gold-ish in others. It is in nice shape all around, no big dents or scratches. All the lights and glass are in good condition. The tires are a brand new matching set. The interior of the car is in average condition. The seats are comfortable and free of any large holes or rips. The cloth shows signs of normal wear as do the carpets. There is a faint smell of cigarettes, not recent or heavy, but the car has been smoked in in the past. The factory radio works well. The heater works very well. The car is A/C equipped, but it does not blow cold. This car runs well. The little 1.6L four cylinder gets good gas mileage and is decently peppy. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering, suspension, and brakes are all in good shape. There is no shaking, wobbling, or pulling. There are no check engine lights. This car gets around well in town or on the highway. If you need a simple, basic car, this is a hard car to beat. These cars are known to be reliable and get great gas mileage. It is no wonder that they are so sought after by commuters, students, and first time drivers. The paint is an interesting color that is silvery in some lights and gold-ish in others. It is in nice shape all around, no big dents or scratches. All the lights and glass are in good condition. The tires are a brand new matching set.
The interior of the car is in average condition. The seats are comfortable and free of any large holes or rips. The cloth shows signs of normal wear as do the carpets. There is a faint smell of cigarettes, not recent or heavy, but the car has been smoked in in the past. The factory radio works well. The heater works very well. The car is A/C equipped, but it does not blow cold.
This car runs well. The little 1.6L four cylinder gets good gas mileage and is decently peppy. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering, suspension, and brakes are all in good shape. There is no shaking, wobbling, or pulling. There are no check engine lights. This car gets around well in town or on the highway.
If you need a simple, basic car, this is a hard car to beat. These cars are known to be reliable and get great gas mileage. It is no wonder that they are so sought after by commuters, students, and first time drivers. Thanks for looking at my auctions and good luck bidding!

Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
