This is one of the first Mustangs ever sold. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Mustang. This classic is 90% original stock parts. Only missing a few things such as original radio, spare tire, and trunk matt.This has been a smoke free car and beautifully taken care of. The interior is all original and in perfect condition with the exception of a couple of small tears in the roof liner near the rear window. The seats are original and in great condition. Extremely comfortable. The dash is in perfect condition and there are no cracks or blemishes in it. All badges and trim pieces are in place and in perfect chrome condition. The 289 cu. in. engine has a 4 barrel carburetor. It runs very strong, smooth, and straight. It feels like the first muscle car that it is. The paint job is recent and in great condition. There are A few very minor blemishes as this is not a show car, just a very well kept driver. It turns heads whenever it is on the road. Which is often. I drive this car most days. It starts right up every time and never overheats.New Parts: Water pump, Thermostat, 5 year Interstate battery, pts., plugs, distributor, hoses, timing chain, head light switch.Recent work completed: Radiator rodded out, engine block power washed. There is not a rust issue at al. The wheels and knock offs are original, and the tires are in very good condition. Power steering makes this car a dream to drive.
