1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V Collector series Clear title Low miles Excellent condition Rides and drives better then a new Lincoln Leather interior fully loaded with every known option of 1979 All options work, however the sunroof needs assistance closing but I'm working or rectifying this. Options: Power seats lumbar Power steering and brakes Tilt wheel AC Power sunroof The radio has been upgraded to a newer Pioneer stereo with MP3 and CD Speakers are also upgraded but retain the original covers Burning up heat and Ice Cold A/C This car receives as much attention as my other Lincoln's from the '50's and '60's and is far more comfortable and reliable to drive; regularly making long distance trips Being 35 years old obviously the car is not off the showroom floor new, but will thoroughly please the new owner An excellent investment for the future, as older classics have proven ( remember the price of a '59 Cadillac before they were icons of the '50's now commanding up to six figures!) I'm a collector of classic Lincolns and this one is very nice and one of my favorites. A classic you can REALLY enjoy without spending a fortune or worrying daily about reliability. NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE. The following terms and conditions apply to all items: 1. Payment: A nonrefundable deposit of ten (10%) is to be paid within 24 hours of purchase. Balance is to be paid in full, within 72 hours of the close of the auction, or all monies and property are forfited back to seller.All purchases must be paid for in full by the successful buyer with in 72 hours of close of sale NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval. Payment shall be in the form of cash, wire transfer, certified or cashiers check.. The seller may accept a personal or company check with acceptable identification, and a bank guarantee letter, but is under no obligation to accept that form of payment. In the event that a check is not honored by the drawers bank or other financial institution, either because of insufficient funds or stop payment, the maker of that check shall be responsible to seller for all costs of collection including attorney fees. If an item is not fully paid for with in 72 hours, or at a later time as specifically agreed, the seller shall have the right to resell the item, and if such subsequent sale amount, less costs of resale, is less than the amount due to seller, the seller shall have the right to recover any deficiency from the defaulting buyer. If such subsequent sale amount, less costs of resale, is greater than the amount owed on the original bid, the defaulting buyer has no claim to the excess. 2. Security Interest: Seller maintains a purchase money security interest in any item from the time of successful bid until full payment has been made and any financial instrument given in payment has been successfully negotiated through banking channels. Accordingly, in addition to any other remedy, Seller may recover the item from the bidder, in any lawful manner, if payment is not made or any check is dishonored. 4. Risk of loss: The risk of theft, damage or other loss to the property is the buyers responsibility immediately upon becoming the successful bidder. It is the bidders sole obligation to protect the property after that time. In the event the property is left at the sellers site after the conclusion of the sale,the seller has absolutely no obligation to secure the property and only has the obligation to grant access to the site for buyers removal of the item. 5. Risk of Injury: Buyer acknowledges that a site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk. No person shall have any claim against the seller, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. 6. Removal: No item may be removed until the full price and taxes if applicable are paid. 7. Description of Property: The seller, in a catalog, brochure, advertisement, or oral statement, uses his best effort to describe an item. Such description is made only to assist in the orderly conduct of the selling process and does not create any warranty that the item is as described. 8. No Warranty: Seller makes NO WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE as to the condition, description or use of any property sold. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. 9. Title documents: In the event that the transfer of ownership of an item of property requires the delivery of proper title documents to the successful buyer and the seller is unable to deliver such documents, through no fault of its own, within ten days after sale, the buyer’s sole remedy is to return the item to seller in the same condition as received and to be refunded the purchase price, if paid. 10. Litigation: All legal claims by either the seller or any buyer arising from the sale shall be brought in the Stanly County Court or the 20th Judicial District Court located in Albemarle North Carolina. The prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs. The seller agrees to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough inspection. It is the buyers responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The seller may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the sale but makes no representations. In no event shall the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. Buyers who purchase from off site and are not present understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is advised by the seller that a long distance buyer hire an accredited apprasier. It is the buyers responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. A crating charge of no less than $50 will be assessed for crating, materials, labor, and time involved in the crating process. Buyer is responsible for locating a shipper of the buyer’s choosing. The seller can make suggestions on freight companies but is in no way, shape, or form associated with or responsible for any actions involved with any freight services Local pick up is available by appointment once payment has cleared; however The seller will not be responsible for loading or assisting in loading during the checkout period. Please make sure you bring enough people to help you load. I WILL NOT LOAD ANY ITEMS - THIS IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
