Immaculate example of this limited production R1150GS ADVENTURE. Very light use in summer time only. Never dropped or used off road. Bike was recently serviced and is ready to go complete with new battery. Tires 90%. All 3 aluminum cases and BMW GPS. Essentially this bike is close to new condition.On Apr-13-14 at 07:01:18 PDT, seller added the following information: It my understanding that this model is one of the most limited production BMW's every built.. I am not sure how many were made but I believe approximately 250 were imported to the USA with a similar number being produced for other markets. On that basis it is possible that this could be a modern day classic "collectible"... I have received many enquires since beginning this listing including several from collectors. Personally I can see the attraction as this bike is possibly one of the most attractive Adventure models every built. It is based on the model that really kick started the BMW Adventure class. Its got enough power and torque to satisfy most and its a proven design as its was manufactured at the end of the production cycle. In time this bike will is likely to appreciate in value as the oil/air cooled bikes become increasingly rare.
