Here is a very tasteful 36 Ford coupe with a few upgrades that add driving pleasure to an original 1936 model. This car has had a complete restoration done a few years ago. Features a rebuilt 1940 Ford V8, hydrolic brakes, rebuilt rear end and transmission with new machine cut gears, to accommodate for quieter driving and smoother shifting. The motor starts right up and runs smooth and quiet, no noisy lifters, no oil leaks, no smoke on cold, or at operating temperature starts. The clutch is tight, no slipping, or clutch chatter. The car drives great, the original steering has been rebuilt, the brakes stop straight. Every light on this car works, The gauges work properly, the horn and electric wipers work. The car is equipped with a 12 volt charging system. The body is Henry Ford steel, no aftermarket panels, or running boards, the floor pans and frame are the factory original steel. The original bumpers have been replated and are near show quality. The tires are all like new, including the spare tire. The doors open and close perfect, no sagging hinges, the glass is new, including seals and window channels. The windshield opens and closes as designed, the windows, including the rear window, go down and up easy. All the glass is crystal clear, no cracks, bubbles, or chips. As you can see, the interior is tastefully and professionally done. The body and paint are professionally done in PPG base coat, clear coat black, with a smooth finish. The seats are comfortable, the dash and gauges are very attractive, including the banjo steering wheel. The engine and motor compartment have been professionally detailed, check it out.
