Design by Darrin. 356 Engine - 9 main bearings, 160HP, Largest engine in any production car in '46 & '47. 3 speed standard transmission with overdrive, Smooth and quiet at interstate speeds (80mph All Day). 5th shock absorber on rear axle. Original factory color (Cardinal Grey). No Rust. Sheet metal all solid, straight, and original. Electric fuel pump. Electric windshield wipers. Maroon interior, some imperfections. All 4 original super clipper hubcaps. Good exhaust. Suspension and steering linkage tight. Door panels ok. History: Car is originally from Vermont, Was purchased by current owner on June 27, 1994 and was driven back to Wisconsin at that time. Has been sufficiently stored every year. Is driven for at least one whole week each year. Also has an annual check-up/tune-up every year as well. It is also winterized properly; i.e. - stabilizer, battery tender, antifreeze check, etc. One repaint 20 years ago (Original color - Cardinal Grey). New Headliner. Seats have some worn spots.
