I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very clean 1993 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 with just over 100k miles on the clock. The Explorer is a rugged and reliable SUV based on the sturdy Ford Ranger platform. I would rate the exterior of this Explorer to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this truck looks great. It is finished in dark teal with chrome accents and alloy wheels against factory tinted windows. The finish on this truck shines like glass and looks great. As with almost every old Explorer, there is visible rust along both rockers behind the lower trim moldings. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The chrome bumpers and trim show very well. The alloy wheels also show very well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching rubber with deep tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this truck is! I would rate the interior of this truck to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The XLT trim package adds deluxe cloth seats which are comfortable and still show very well. This Explorer XLT also has power windows, locks and mirrors. Both right windows will need a regulator. The others work properly. The cargo area is spacious, clean and includes the original retracting cargo cover. The stereo system is original and powers up but I can't get anything but a strange noise to come out of the speakers. Maybe someone who is better at stuff like that than I am can make some sense of it. The climate control system is also original and appears to be working properly. The dash and headliner are clean. The original owners manual is also included. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this Explorer. Mechanically, this truck appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent for an older truck. The suspension feels tight all around. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. Other than an ABS light that stays on, I've not seen any idiot lights. The engine keeps absolutely perfect temperature and oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4WD system engages with the touch of a button and works flawlessly as it should. This Explorer XLT comes as a fresh NEW FORD TRADE from Beasley Ford right here in York, PA. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through October 2014. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very clean 1993 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 with just over 100k miles on the clock. The Explorer is a rugged and reliable SUV based on the sturdy Ford Ranger platform. I would rate the exterior of this Explorer to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this truck looks great. It is finished in dark teal with chrome accents and alloy wheels against factory tinted windows. The finish on this truck shines like glass and looks great. As with almost every old Explorer, there is visible rust along both rockers behind the lower trim moldings. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The chrome bumpers and trim show very well. The alloy wheels also show very well and are wrapped in a nice set of matching rubber with deep tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this truck is!
I would rate the interior of this truck to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of factory floor mats are included. The XLT trim package adds deluxe cloth seats which are comfortable and still show very well. This Explorer XLT also has power windows, locks and mirrors. Both right windows will need a regulator. The others work properly. The cargo area is spacious, clean and includes the original retracting cargo cover. The stereo system is original and powers up but I can't get anything but a strange noise to come out of the speakers. Maybe someone who is better at stuff like that than I am can make some sense of it. The climate control system is also original and appears to be working properly. The dash and headliner are clean. The original owners manual is also included. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this Explorer.
Mechanically, this truck appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent for an older truck. The suspension feels tight all around. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this truck with no issues. Other than an ABS light that stays on, I've not seen any idiot lights. The engine keeps absolutely perfect temperature and oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4WD system engages with the touch of a button and works flawlessly as it should. This Explorer XLT comes as a fresh NEW FORD TRADE from Beasley Ford right here in York, PA. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
