Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honsetly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very uncommon early 1998 Audi A6 Avant Quattro. The 1998 model year was a split year for the Audi A6. A few early 98's retained the previous body style while the majority of the 1998 model year wore the newer body. In my opinion, the earlier A6's were better looking in every way and much more desirable. I would rate the exterior of this A6 Avant to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a beautiful estate. It is finished in gorgeous silver over gray leather interior. The paint shines well all around and looks great. The body lines are nice and straight all around and all of the exterior trim looks good. As with any older vehicle, please don't expect a perfect car...but this one is very nice for her age. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. I would rate the interior of this A6 Avant to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are covered in a full set of factory Audi floor mats. The leather trimmed seats also show well for their age and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The interior wood trim also shows very well for the age of this car. The dash and headliner are clean. The original stereo has been upgraded with an in-dash CD player. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be in proper working condition. The climate control buttons are a little sticky and a few dash lights are out...which is common. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This A6 Avant has the optional 3rd row seat which folds out from the floor. She also has the optional retracting rear shade. The clips that hold it in are broken but I do have the whole shade unit that will come with the car for you to repair if you want to do so. Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L V6 appears to be in good running and driving condition. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The engine bay appears to be ince and clean. I can feel a little play in the front bushings from age...which is normal. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this wagon with no issues. The engine makes good power and runs smoothly. She keeps proper temperature at all times and is showing no warning lights on. Her road manners are good for an older car. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Audi's legendary Quattro AWD system is known to be one of the best on the market. Quattro keeps this car firmly planted in all driving conditions which gives the driver year 'round confidence. The system is nearly indestructible and feels different than other AWD cars because of its old school simplicity. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This car comes with a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through March of 2015. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honsetly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very uncommon early 1998 Audi A6 Avant Quattro. The 1998 model year was a split year for the Audi A6. A few early 98's retained the previous body style while the majority of the 1998 model year wore the newer body. In my opinion, the earlier A6's were better looking in every way and much more desirable. I would rate the exterior of this A6 Avant to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a beautiful estate. It is finished in gorgeous silver over gray leather interior. The paint shines well all around and looks great. The body lines are nice and straight all around and all of the exterior trim looks good. As with any older vehicle, please don't expect a perfect car...but this one is very nice for her age. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around.
I would rate the interior of this A6 Avant to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are covered in a full set of factory Audi floor mats. The leather trimmed seats also show well for their age and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The interior wood trim also shows very well for the age of this car. The dash and headliner are clean. The original stereo has been upgraded with an in-dash CD player. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be in proper working condition. The climate control buttons are a little sticky and a few dash lights are out...which is common. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This A6 Avant has the optional 3rd row seat which folds out from the floor. She also has the optional retracting rear shade. The clips that hold it in are broken but I do have the whole shade unit that will come with the car for you to repair if you want to do so.
Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L V6 appears to be in good running and driving condition. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The engine bay appears to be ince and clean. I can feel a little play in the front bushings from age...which is normal. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this wagon with no issues. The engine makes good power and runs smoothly. She keeps proper temperature at all times and is showing no warning lights on. Her road manners are good for an older car. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Audi's legendary Quattro AWD system is known to be one of the best on the market. Quattro keeps this car firmly planted in all driving conditions which gives the driver year 'round confidence. The system is nearly indestructible and feels different than other AWD cars because of its old school simplicity. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This car comes with a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through March of 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
