I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The Jeep Cherokee has an excellent reputation for rugged construction and reliability. I would rate the exterior of this Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this Jeep. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It actually has a really cool look to it. The paint is flat tan with flat black body trim and matching wheels...which I really like. The paint is obvoiusly not original so please don't expect it to be perfect. Overall, the body looks nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily (the tail gate struts are weak). With exception of a chip out of the LF turn signal, all of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels look great in black and are wrapped in a decent set of rubber with average tread all around. I would rate the interior of this Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this Jeep. As you can see, the interior shows well overall. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show some usual stains but are not worn through anywhere. The seats show pretty well for their age and are comfortable. The headliner sags...like nearly every old Jeep. The dash doesn't look the best. The power windows and mirrors work...the locks sometimes don't work (also typical for an older Cherokee). The radio has been replaced with an aftermarket CD player. The heater works well. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any major leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels pretty good for an older Jeep. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this Cherokee with no issues. Her road manners are pretty good, too. The engine makes great power and runs well. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. The Command-Trac 4WD system has been tested and is working properly. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of May 2014. If you're looking for a solid old Jeep to romp around in, this will definitely do the trick and you're not likely to see another one that looks like it either. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The Jeep Cherokee has an excellent reputation for rugged construction and reliability. I would rate the exterior of this Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this Jeep. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It actually has a really cool look to it. The paint is flat tan with flat black body trim and matching wheels...which I really like. The paint is obvoiusly not original so please don't expect it to be perfect. Overall, the body looks nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily (the tail gate struts are weak). With exception of a chip out of the LF turn signal, all of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels look great in black and are wrapped in a decent set of rubber with average tread all around.
I would rate the interior of this Cherokee to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this Jeep. As you can see, the interior shows well overall. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show some usual stains but are not worn through anywhere. The seats show pretty well for their age and are comfortable. The headliner sags...like nearly every old Jeep. The dash doesn't look the best. The power windows and mirrors work...the locks sometimes don't work (also typical for an older Cherokee). The radio has been replaced with an aftermarket CD player. The heater works well.
Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any major leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels pretty good for an older Jeep. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this Cherokee with no issues. Her road manners are pretty good, too. The engine makes great power and runs well. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally. The Command-Trac 4WD system has been tested and is working properly. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of May 2014. If you're looking for a solid old Jeep to romp around in, this will definitely do the trick and you're not likely to see another one that looks like it either. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
