My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is an uncommonly nice 1995 BMW 525i with just 106k original miles. What's more, this 525i is a very rare 1996 Atlanta Olympic Edition vehicles. The Olimpic Edition was only offered in very late production 1995 models and was only available in the 525i. As you can see on the window sticker, the Olympic Edition Package was a $4,000+ option and only 500 were made in total. These vehicles are mechanically identical to a normal 525i as this was a purely cosmetic package. All 500 units produced were finished in Oxford Green Metallic over Parchment leather. On the outside, the only visible difference is the M-Technic side skirts and unique alloy wheels specific to the Olympic Edition. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is an absolutely stunning car to look at. The Oxford Green Metallic finish has a mile deep shine and shows very well. As with any older car, please don't expect it to be perfect. There is a shallow scratch on the hood, a scratch on the left rear door and a light scuff on the right front corner of the bumper....all in all, pretty impressive for the age of the car. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. This car has had the same owner since it had a mere 37k miles on it and appears to have been garage kept, sparingly driven and well maintained. These are getting difficult to find in such condition with low miles. I would also rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see in each of the photos, this BMW looks to have come from a very caring home. The door cards are clean, tight and feature hand stitched leather. Each door sill is fitted with a special 1996 Atlanta Olympic Edition panel which are all in excellent condition. The carptes are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The parchment leather seats are soft, supple and very comfortable. If you look closely, you'll notice two things in the interior that set the Olympic Edition cars apart from their lesser cousins. First, each seat is piped in dark green to match the Oxford Green exterior. Secondly, the rear seats have integrated head rests which are not found in other 525i sedans. The wood vaneers are fully intact and show very well. Both front seats are power operated and work properly. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof also appear to be working properly. The only complaint I have about the interior is that that cloth panel on the interior side of the sunroof has come loose on the one corner...which is common for these cars. The climate control system is original and appears to be in good working order. The stereo is original and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Inside the truck compartment, you'll find a tool kit as well as a matching spare tire. Inside the glove box, you'll find a complete set of books and manuals in their original portfolio as well as the original audio tape. With a little more digging, I found the original leather sample for the interior as well as the original window sticker for the car...which was $43,000 back in 1995. Mechanically, this 525i appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There have been no idiot lights on. The suspension feels nice and tight...with just the slightest bit of play evident in the front bushings. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. The engine is responsive and makes plenty of smooth power. She keeps a nice, cool temperature at all times. She handles very well and cruises effortlessly. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this rare BMW and she eagerly awaits her next fortunate owner. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is an uncommonly nice 1995 BMW 525i with just 106k original miles. What's more, this 525i is a very rare 1996 Atlanta Olympic Edition vehicles. The Olimpic Edition was only offered in very late production 1995 models and was only available in the 525i. As you can see on the window sticker, the Olympic Edition Package was a $4,000+ option and only 500 were made in total. These vehicles are mechanically identical to a normal 525i as this was a purely cosmetic package. All 500 units produced were finished in Oxford Green Metallic over Parchment leather. On the outside, the only visible difference is the M-Technic side skirts and unique alloy wheels specific to the Olympic Edition. I would rate the exterior of this 525i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is an absolutely stunning car to look at. The Oxford Green Metallic finish has a mile deep shine and shows very well. As with any older car, please don't expect it to be perfect. There is a shallow scratch on the hood, a scratch on the left rear door and a light scuff on the right front corner of the bumper....all in all, pretty impressive for the age of the car. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. This car has had the same owner since it had a mere 37k miles on it and appears to have been garage kept, sparingly driven and well maintained. These are getting difficult to find in such condition with low miles.
I would also rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see in each of the photos, this BMW looks to have come from a very caring home. The door cards are clean, tight and feature hand stitched leather. Each door sill is fitted with a special 1996 Atlanta Olympic Edition panel which are all in excellent condition. The carptes are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The parchment leather seats are soft, supple and very comfortable. If you look closely, you'll notice two things in the interior that set the Olympic Edition cars apart from their lesser cousins. First, each seat is piped in dark green to match the Oxford Green exterior. Secondly, the rear seats have integrated head rests which are not found in other 525i sedans. The wood vaneers are fully intact and show very well. Both front seats are power operated and work properly. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof also appear to be working properly. The only complaint I have about the interior is that that cloth panel on the interior side of the sunroof has come loose on the one corner...which is common for these cars. The climate control system is original and appears to be in good working order. The stereo is original and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Inside the truck compartment, you'll find a tool kit as well as a matching spare tire. Inside the glove box, you'll find a complete set of books and manuals in their original portfolio as well as the original audio tape. With a little more digging, I found the original leather sample for the interior as well as the original window sticker for the car...which was $43,000 back in 1995.
Mechanically, this 525i appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. There have been no idiot lights on. The suspension feels nice and tight...with just the slightest bit of play evident in the front bushings. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. Her road manners are excellent. The engine is responsive and makes plenty of smooth power. She keeps a nice, cool temperature at all times. She handles very well and cruises effortlessly. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this rare BMW and she eagerly awaits her next fortunate owner. Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
