Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Not a direct frontal damage. Front frame rails look straight. All airbags are good and no suspension damage observed. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs excellent, and we were able to drive it within our lot. All airbags good. All glass good. Other areas of the exterior in great condition with minor scuff marks. Overall paint still has the original shine. No signs of any previous paint work. Interior is very clean and in great condition as seen in the photos. The power convertible top opens-closes with the push of a button. Soft top in excellent condition. Overall great condition indicates it was well maintained and probably garage kept. As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2003 Mercedes CLK430 Power Convertible has sustained a very light left front damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Not a direct frontal damage. Front frame rails look straight. All airbags are good and no suspension damage observed.
The great news is that the car starts, engine runs excellent, and we were able to drive it within our lot. All airbags good. All glass good. Other areas of the exterior in great condition with minor scuff marks. Overall paint still has the original shine. No signs of any previous paint work. Interior is very clean and in great condition as seen in the photos. The power convertible top opens-closes with the push of a button. Soft top in excellent condition. Overall great condition indicates it was well maintained and probably garage kept. We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.
We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed).
