Vehicle Detail

1969 MGB Roadster is amazingly dry and only 65,XXX miles. Mostly original, the car retains original "Banjo" steering wheel, silver painted wire wheels (including spare), some tools and jack, and soft top/tonneau. The seats were replaced with the previous owner and are in good condition. Engine was rebuilt with previous owner and starts and runs great. 4 speed manual (no OD) shifts smoothly and quietly through ALL gears. A new stainless steel exhaust system was recently added. There is some rust in the doglegs on both sides... that said, it is very light and everything else is SOLID. Rockers, floors, jack points and shut faces are all RUST FREE. Even the battery box is completely intact! Pictures show the floors (inside and out), trunk floor and rockers. Frame shows no sign at all of accident or repair. The only sign of damage is a small repair to the left rear shell above the bumper from a light bump on the overrider. Hood and drivers door have minor dents (over-extended). This car is an older repaint (red to yellow) and should be painted again. This is an excellent candidate for cosmetic restoration or a quick tune for a driver. Overall condition and completeness are extremely rare for a B-roadster. All instrumentation works except the tach and radio. Exterior lights and horn all work and glass is all present and undamaged with no broken plastic lenses. Interior lamps not currently working. Interior is in good shape with some carpet missing and cracks in dash.
