1987 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL Roadster This car remained in a collection of cars belonging to a very wealthy man for 20 years. I purchased one of these new in 1987 and am very familiar with them. The soft top looks like it did in 1987. The cloth is like new as are the rear windows. It retains all original paint in excellent condition with very few marks. The chrome and glass are exceptional along with all the plastic tail lights and head light surrounds. The trunk carpet looks unused and it has the original new spare and tools. The mechanical end is superb. Drives tight and shifts like a low mileage transmission. All the details work, like the antenna, radio, air conditioning, windows, cruise, and all the different lights on the car. The interior leather is soft and the wood is not faded or scratched. No marks on the dash or interior. The tires are nearly new. It is quiet and smooth. This car belongs to a close friend who has cancer. It is in amazing condition for a 1987 car.
