My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2001 BMW 330Xi sedan. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking automobile. The exterior shows no noteworthy damage and all of the panels line up properly. There are no noteworthy scratches, scrapes or chips either. The only thing keeping me from calling this BMW "above average" is that she is in need of a good detailing. In person, she looks like she would benefit from a thorough detail and polish to look her best. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The windows are tinted dark and look great against the black finish. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped with a set of Hancook snow tires that should be replaced immediately. At the option of the winning bidder, I can have the tires replaced with a used (half tread) set of proper performance radials for about $200. I would rate the interior of this BMW to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The wood trim on the right rear door card is loose, which is common. Also common to older BMW's, the cloth is a little loose on the C-pillar covers. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The black leather seats show very well and are comfortable throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The original Harmon/Kardon speakers are present but the head unit has been upgraded with a fancy flip screen CD player that I cannot figure out to save my life. I can make it light up, open up, ect...but can't seem to make it do anything else. The trunk is spacious and clean. The original owners books are included as well. The climate control system is fully automatic and looks to be working properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. Overall, the interior is pretty nice for an older vehicle. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I did not see any leaks. Her road manners are very nice. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The AWD system is tested and working properly so you can drive with confidence in any weather. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. There is a little vibration in the wheel at highway speeds which should go away with a proper set of tires. All in all, not a bad little car. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2001 BMW 330Xi sedan. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking automobile. The exterior shows no noteworthy damage and all of the panels line up properly. There are no noteworthy scratches, scrapes or chips either. The only thing keeping me from calling this BMW "above average" is that she is in need of a good detailing. In person, she looks like she would benefit from a thorough detail and polish to look her best. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The windows are tinted dark and look great against the black finish. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped with a set of Hancook snow tires that should be replaced immediately. At the option of the winning bidder, I can have the tires replaced with a used (half tread) set of proper performance radials for about $200.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The wood trim on the right rear door card is loose, which is common. Also common to older BMW's, the cloth is a little loose on the C-pillar covers. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The black leather seats show very well and are comfortable throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The original Harmon/Kardon speakers are present but the head unit has been upgraded with a fancy flip screen CD player that I cannot figure out to save my life. I can make it light up, open up, ect...but can't seem to make it do anything else. The trunk is spacious and clean. The original owners books are included as well. The climate control system is fully automatic and looks to be working properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. Overall, the interior is pretty nice for an older vehicle.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine does not smoke and I did not see any leaks. Her road manners are very nice. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The AWD system is tested and working properly so you can drive with confidence in any weather. Out on the highway, she cruises nice and straight with no complaints. There is a little vibration in the wheel at highway speeds which should go away with a proper set of tires. All in all, not a bad little car. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
