I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a gorgeous 1999 Mercedes-Benz CLK430 finished in black over black. As you can see, this is a great looking coupe. I would rate the exterior of this Mercedes to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking vehicle. The black finish shows well for an older vehicle and there is no visible damage to the exterior. As with any older model, please don't expect a perfect looking vehicle. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The 18" staggered AMG alloy wheels show very well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how good looking this Mercedes is. I would also rate the interior of this CLK to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior of this coupe. In addition to a full set of factory Mercedes-Benz floor mats, a full set of factory Mercedes-Benz rubber all weather floor mats are also included. As is common, the leather around the outer shoulder area of both front seats show some shrinking at the stitching. The dash is clean. The headliner is clean and tight. All of the interior wood trim shows well. The power windows, mirrors and central locks all work properly. The sunroof does work but it moves about 2" at a time...which is odd. The stereo is the original fiber optic sound system which powers up but makes a strange noise. There is an Alpine EQ under the stereo unit that I cannot figure out. This may be the culprit if someone has messed with it. The trunk is spacious and clean. A factory CD changer is also inlcuded in the trunk. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers dual zone climate control for the driver and passenger. This CLK430 also has the optional rear power sunshade which raises and lowers easily. Mechanically, this Mercedes appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The engine is as smooth as silk and makes excellent power. Her road manners are very good. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury coupe with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature. When I purchased this car, the check engine light was on for an EVAP purge solenoid error and an error for two oxygen sensors. There are no drivablility issues so I reset the monitors. So far, the check engine light has not come back but it probably will at some point. The five speed automatic transmmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you've been looking for a clean CLK with good miles, this one definitely deserves your consideration. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a gorgeous 1999 Mercedes-Benz CLK430 finished in black over black. As you can see, this is a great looking coupe. I would rate the exterior of this Mercedes to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking vehicle. The black finish shows well for an older vehicle and there is no visible damage to the exterior. As with any older model, please don't expect a perfect looking vehicle. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The 18" staggered AMG alloy wheels show very well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how good looking this Mercedes is.
I would also rate the interior of this CLK to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior of this coupe. In addition to a full set of factory Mercedes-Benz floor mats, a full set of factory Mercedes-Benz rubber all weather floor mats are also included. As is common, the leather around the outer shoulder area of both front seats show some shrinking at the stitching. The dash is clean. The headliner is clean and tight. All of the interior wood trim shows well. The power windows, mirrors and central locks all work properly. The sunroof does work but it moves about 2" at a time...which is odd. The stereo is the original fiber optic sound system which powers up but makes a strange noise. There is an Alpine EQ under the stereo unit that I cannot figure out. This may be the culprit if someone has messed with it. The trunk is spacious and clean. A factory CD changer is also inlcuded in the trunk. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers dual zone climate control for the driver and passenger. This CLK430 also has the optional rear power sunshade which raises and lowers easily.
Mechanically, this Mercedes appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The engine is as smooth as silk and makes excellent power. Her road manners are very good. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury coupe with no issues. The engine keeps proper temperature. When I purchased this car, the check engine light was on for an EVAP purge solenoid error and an error for two oxygen sensors. There are no drivablility issues so I reset the monitors. So far, the check engine light has not come back but it probably will at some point. The five speed automatic transmmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you've been looking for a clean CLK with good miles, this one definitely deserves your consideration. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
