I've had this since 2002 and now it's time to let it go so someone else can have some fun. Just this past month, I cleaned the tank and added new gas, cleaned the carb and replaced the spark plug. I pulled the air filter and shot a spray of starting fluid into the carb, and it fired right up. Therefore I know the engine is good since it sounded nice with no smoke. It will need a carb adjustment and maybe a battery or more to run really well for riding again. I assume some time spent cleaning, adjusting and fixing a few things will do it wonders. I see a lever on the left side is missing but both front and rear brakes work. I just wanted to make sure the motor was good and it is. It's complete to the best of my knowledge except for the tool box was missing when I bought it. No title when I got it, just a bill of sale. It does have the little dash board piece that goes around the key that is usually gone. It also has the little plastic trunk lid that is usually missing.
