WE JUST RECENTLY HAD THIS LOW, LOW MILEAGE 4X4 EAGLE TRADED IN TO US. IT REALLY IS IN VERY NICE OVERALL CONDITION AND COULD BECOME SOMEONES DAILY DRIVER FOR THOSE AREAS WHERE YOU NEED TO HAVE A RUGGED AND DEPENDABLE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE TO GET IN AND OUT OF YOUR RESIDENCE. OR IF YOU ARE AN AMC CARNUT I DOUBT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND A BETTER, LOWER MILEAGE ONE OF THESE EAGLES ANYWHERE ELSE! WHILE IT SHOCKED ALL OF US TO SEE HOW SHINY THE PAINT WAS WITH A GOOD BUFF AND WAX IT IS THE INTERIOR CONDITION THAT IS REALLY AMAZING. ALL ORIGINAL INSIDE AND NOTHING IS BROKEN OR EVEN SHOWING ANY EXCESSIVE WEAR. THIS IS A VERY NICE EXAMPLE OF WHAT AMERICAN MOTORS ACCOMPLISHED WITH A "CROSSOVER" VEHICLE MANY YEARS AGO. EVERYONE TALKS TO US ABOUT HOW TOUGH THE DRIVE TRAIN WAS AND IS ON THESE MODELS. OTHER THAN THE AIR CONDITIONING NOT OPERATING, MIGHT JUST NEED A RECHARGE BUT WE HAVEN'T TRIED TO FIX THAT YET, NOT TOO MUCH ELSE IS WRONG WITH THIS UNIT. THE FRONT BRAKES COULD STAND TO BE REPLACED AT 35% OF THEIR LIFE REMAINING AND THE TWO FRONT AXLE BOOTS ARE AGED ENOUGH THAT THEY ALSO COULD BE REPLACED. THOSE ITEMS WE WILL DO FOR YOU AFTER THE SALE IF YOU WOULD LIKE THEM DONE AT OUR SHOP AND YOU PAYING FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED. WE HAVE THIS UNIT ADVERTISED LOCALLY AND IT IS OF COURSE ON OUR FRONT LINE LOT BEING OFFERED FOR SALE. Read the current questions and answers to see how our test drive went this morning. The car started up beautifully, drove out extremely well, all the accessories and equipment on the car seems to operate. The only thing the test drive alerted me to was the fact that perhaps the shocks could stand to be changed out.....just a little float to that quite comfortable ride. The car according to the sales order was Topaz Gold with a Dark Brown Metallic accent. It had a factory retail window sticker price with additional dealer markup prot4ective sealant, gasoline, transportation and Oregon license and title fees of $12,924.00 and the original owner bought it without a trade-in for $12,000.00. Quite a good history of a very nice car and just another good reason to bid to own this little gem!On Jan-07-14 at 09:15:15 PST, seller added the following information: As we were checking out the overhead light operating correctly, and it does, we did find two gouges in the factory headliner. If you need a picture we will email you one. One is about an inch long and the other is about 3 inches long into a fabric covered foam backed liner. Should be something that since it has that foam backing ought to be able to be repaired in place.
