Vehicle Detail
1999 Camaro SS all original Pewter/Dark Gray, less than 10,000 miles (9600 actual) This car does not have a scratch or door ding on it. Except for the top. I am the original owner and it had been in my garage since new. Driven weekly, when possible First the things wrong with the car: The top being fiberglass and having the factory defect some had with the glue causing bubbles in the paint, this one has it . Top really needs to be stripped, sealed and painted to be perfect. There is a slight clink in the drive train when going from reverse to drive however it has had this problem since new. Has been to the shop to address this issue but they can find no problem. Doesn't do it all the time. One interior panel in the back seat must have a broken clip that holds it in place because it does not sit right. The single CD player will not work (shows eer) then kicks out the CD Has the original tires and they are 14 years old. Probably should be replaced but they all look good. Has been down the drag strip one time several years ago. Very little tire spin and it was in drive. Ran 13.4 @ 104 mph. Items replaced (not original) include: Intake air filter (has a K & N ) Battery, it now has a two year old Diehard Platinum ( I have the original battery but it is dead) Crankcase oil has been changed every year with Mobil 1 10w30 with a Mobil 1 filter. The two door speakers have been upgraded and are not original. The two side windows have been tinted (legal) but the back window has not. The car gets inspected every year for safety and emissions and the print out shows the mileage. I drive the car every week (weather permitting) I have the original window sticker and any paperwork you may require. Two sets of keys with key fobs. No cracks in the dash or seats. No scratches on the paint (except for the roof) The color is Pewter with Charcoal interior. Not something I want to ship unless you want to pay for the option and make the arrangements so a local buyer would be what I am looking for. I know most the scams for buying cars on the internet and will avoid them if I see it. No joy drives but I'll be glad to accompany on any test drive to a serious bidder or buyer. Buyer needs to deposit $500 in my PayPal account within 48 hours of purchase, with the remaining funds to be provided and verified within 7 days of purchase. No out of the country buyer or transaction. After you look at the car and change your mind, the $500 will be returned after Ebay refunds my fees and declares the sale null and void. No warranty from me. I'm 60 years old and downsizing a bit. Check my feedback. Please ask any questions before you bid. I do prefer you inspect the car before purchase, as well as after. I have sold many things on eBay and have always been fair with the buyer. It is possible to have an error in the listing and the car is for sale locally so it could be removed at any time if there are no bids. Deer Park is located about 15-20 miles east of Houston. I would prefer you to look at the car before bidding or making an offer. Or have a trusted friend look at it if your not in the area. Payment needs to be verified before the car can be released. If a check of any kind is used that could take up to 6 weeks. Once I have the cash in hand with no strings, the car can go. I don't ship it. If that's what you need, please arrange it. Feel free to ask any questions about the car, I won't post them on the ad unless it's something I messed up on the listing. I did have the car on eBay 2 weeks ago and it sold locally (that's why I took it off) however the buyer was not able to complete the transaction. =========================================================================
