IT GOT LOOSE INSIDE MY TRAILER AND RUBBED UP UNDER THE BUMPER OF THE CAR IN FRONT OF IT AND RUBBED THE PAINT OFF A SMALL SPOT ON THE FRONT OF THE NOSE. UNFORTUNATELY WE DONT HAVE A PAINT SHOP IN MY AREA I WOULD HAVE WORK ON A CAR IM GONNA KEEP. BUT FORTUNATELY FOR SOMEONE PAYING ATTENTION BECAUSE IM SELLING IT AT NO RESERVE!!! PLEASE READ MY SHORT DESCRIPTION AND THEN SCROLL PAST IT TO VIEW 100 PICTURES SHOWING THIS CAR IN GREAT DETAIL! So, here are the things that really got my attention and made me have to buy this car. the 70 model has just always been my favorite and being a low production year. Next was that it was sold to me as a matching numbers L46 350hp 350 with the 4 speed transmission. With that being said the only number I personally checked was the block pad on the motor. And being a factory transistorized ignition motor was just icing on the cake. The next 5-10 reasons were all the same reason which is the color! Because it was mentioned that the car had some sort of salvage history I really looked at the positioning of all 4 wheels which looks better than any vette I've had in the last 20 years. I looked the frame over and didn't see the slightest problem, I took extensive pictures under the car for you to see for yourself. Next I looked for parts people always leave out of the nose of these cars. I don't know what they are called but the little black plastic pieces that cover the lights when they are down. These are the pieces that hide the headlight so that you can't see them through the grills when they are in the down position. I've seen so few cars with them that most people don't even know what I'm talking about! The headlights go up and down beautifully & when they are on all lights on the car work as the pictures show. you dont have to take my word for it because IF YOUR DONT LOVE THE CAR WHEN YOU GET HERE AND FULLY INSPECT IT TO YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION JUST LEAVE IT WHERE IT SITS!!! we are a licensed and bonded texas dealer so texas residents must pay tax, title and license. all buyers must pay a $50 documentary fee. So, here are the things that really got my attention and made me have to buy this car. the 70 model has just always been my favorite and being a low production year. Next was that it was sold to me as a matching numbers L46 350hp 350 with the 4 speed transmission. With that being said the only number I personally checked was the block pad on the motor. And being a factory transistorized ignition motor was just icing on the cake. The next 5-10 reasons were all the same reason which is the color! Because it was mentioned that the car had some sort of salvage history I really looked at the positioning of all 4 wheels which looks better than any vette I've had in the last 20 years. I looked the frame over and didn't see the slightest problem, I took extensive pictures under the car for you to see for yourself. Next I looked for parts people always leave out of the nose of these cars. I don't know what they are called but the little black plastic pieces that cover the lights when they are down. These are the pieces that hide the headlight so that you can't see them through the grills when they are in the down position. I've seen so few cars with them that most people don't even know what I'm talking about! The headlights go up and down beautifully & when they are on all lights on the car work as the pictures show.
