I guess my age is catching up to me, so its time to sell the vette. I have had this car for 20 years. Around 1995 it had 116,000 I rebuilt the drive train, radiator to rear wheels. A arm bushings, calipers, and exhaust were also replaced. The engine is .030 over, crank is .010 under, pistons are TRW flat tops and a 300 h.p. cam & lifters along with complete rebuild kit was installed. The transmission is a borg warner close ratio 4 speed, it received rebuild kit with syncro rings and both upper [leather] and lower [rubber] shifter boots, and a new clutch. U joints on drive and half shafts were replaced, 3.73 rearend received new yokes and was resealed . The car was also repainted over the original white with a custom mix , white with red pearl. The original smoked glass tops have had new seals installed. More recently the seats have been recovered and the front carpet replaced. This year I replaced the Brake booster and master cylinder. The frame is in great shape and this was car always under roof. The ac system needs a new hose, and the driver door needs a gear, it goes up and down but needs help to close completely. The paint is lifting on the passenger door. The tires are old and worn out. This car is turn key and can go any where with a new set of tires.
