1970 Corvette convertible barn find 1970 Corvette convertible, car has been in storage since 1986, same owner since '75 (see title pic). Car needs complete restoration, car does not run, I have not tried to get it running, it sits the way I purchased the car. Interior is all original and intact. Convertible top frame has some small rust on it. Body gaps and lines are nice on the car. Car is a great car to restore. Remember only 6,648 corvette convertible were produced in '70 because of the GM factory strike which delayed the production on the 1970 model. Car is a factory red 4-speed car. The owner told me that he parked the car in a warehouse in 1986 because the car went to a body shop to get painted and restored and they closed and after a battle to get his car back he got discouraged and the car sat in a warehouse since. All the chrome, etc is there intact. Car is in primer. Car has side exhaust. Car I'm selling the car since I no longer have room to store my cars (also selling some of my other cars).
