This pristine, original condition,62k actual mile travelall, was purchased by loyd and Ireta whiteaker of springfield oregon new on october 6th, 1972. amazingly to the best of my knowledge the vehicle NEVER changed hands until loyd's death this year ( 2013) and has been stored the last 20 years! the travelall is in what i consider to be absolutely AMAZING original condition with only 62,034 miles! the interior, exterior, carpet, glass, are all in just unbelievable original condition. this vehicle can without a doubt be taken to car shows as it sits right now and will take home awards! i put over 1200 miles on it myself in all sorts of conditions without incident. upon obtaining the travelall i put 4 brand new tires on it along with replacing the original split rims with scout II rims for safety reasons. i replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, cleaned the gas tank, adjusted the brakes, replaced the transmission pan seal, the oil pressure sending unit, temp sending unit, cleaned and rebuilt the carb, replaced the centerlink and had an alignment done, added the original luggage rack and original 72 travelall hubcaps, replaced the rear window crank and found a good original replacement chrome bumper. i have driven this long distances, short distances, on the expressway, on side roads, all over with my wife and kids and have not had any issues. it handles fantastic! i truly believe this travelall is one of the nicest ORIGINAL'S in existance today! underneath the wheel wells are spotless, wax pencil writing still on it from the factory. the seats are in great condition, it runs, shifts, stops, without issue. the temp,oil pressure, speedometer,high beams, low beams, turn signals, brake lights, backup lights, heater and fan , defrost and floor heat, all work without issue. the gas gauge does not work. i have the original line setting ticket with all options, the original oregon title, owners manual, receipts for all the work done. check out my feedback on the internationals i have sold in the past, all buyers are happy with there new IH vehicles! make sure you watch the video i posted below! good luck with your bidding.. no reserve !! video link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDNH-ejb_1w
