Well for a truck that is 40 years old it is still pretty solid. This is a "basic" truck, it only came with an AM radio??? Didn't work- took it out. When I bought it in 05 it had 36k. I was told that the previous owner bought it to take trash to the dump not even 2 miles from his home. I purchased this truck from a salvage yard that the previous owners son took it to because he didn't want anything to do with it after his fathers death. This truck has been in N.H. since new, you don't see many 1973 vehicles hear. I have had the trans rebuilt and replaced the radiator (installed a 3 row), water pump, fuel pump, duel exhaust from the manifolds straight out to the back, fuel tank, rims , tires. I upgraded the head light system. I have a new carpet to be installed. All the glass is good. I did a tune up and it runs great. As far as I can tell the truck was never smoked in. And like it says in the condition description, no lie "It needs body work". I have it up for sale locally as well. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping.
