I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very hard to find 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo with just 154k miles. I would rate the exterior of this 850 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking Volvo. It is finished in dark green and shows well. The paint still shines nicely all over. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find small scratches and blemishes associated with age and mileage. All of the trim is intact and looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Overall, this is a nice looking example of an automobile that is getting harder and harder to find. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of floor mats are included. The leather seats also show well and are still supple, not dried out and hard. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all appear to be in good working condition. The stereo system is the original Volvo Premium Sound with an upgraded CD/DVD head unit with a flip up monitor. It can be operated as a touch screen or with normal dials and buttons when the screen is stowed. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent settings for the driver and passenger. It appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows cool...not cold. The compressor does engage when turned on but the system should be charged. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Volvo 850 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.3L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I could not see anything to indicate an oil leak but I do smell a slight oil smell so it is safe to say that it (aka every older Volvo) has an oil leak somewhere. The engine does not smoke. The suspension feels good. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan easily. Her road manners are excellent. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times and there have been no idiot lights on. The only unusual thing I can say is that it sometimes idles a little high (1,200rpm). The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This Volvo comes as a fresh NEW CAR TRADE from the Sutliff Auto Group right here in Harrisburg, PA. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through 07/2014. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very hard to find 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo with just 154k miles. I would rate the exterior of this 850 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking Volvo. It is finished in dark green and shows well. The paint still shines nicely all over. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find small scratches and blemishes associated with age and mileage. All of the trim is intact and looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Overall, this is a nice looking example of an automobile that is getting harder and harder to find.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of floor mats are included. The leather seats also show well and are still supple, not dried out and hard. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all appear to be in good working condition. The stereo system is the original Volvo Premium Sound with an upgraded CD/DVD head unit with a flip up monitor. It can be operated as a touch screen or with normal dials and buttons when the screen is stowed. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent settings for the driver and passenger. It appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows cool...not cold. The compressor does engage when turned on but the system should be charged. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Volvo 850 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.3L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I could not see anything to indicate an oil leak but I do smell a slight oil smell so it is safe to say that it (aka every older Volvo) has an oil leak somewhere. The engine does not smoke. The suspension feels good. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this sedan easily. Her road manners are excellent. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times and there have been no idiot lights on. The only unusual thing I can say is that it sometimes idles a little high (1,200rpm). The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts normally with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This Volvo comes as a fresh NEW CAR TRADE from the Sutliff Auto Group right here in Harrisburg, PA. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through 07/2014. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will ba having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept personal Checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents. We cannot issue temp tags or collect sales tax for out of state buyers. If you need a temp tag, there is a location nearby that can issue one to you. We can assist you in that process.
