Up for sale is a 1948 GMC 100. I bought this truck for a customer and its not exactly what he was looking for so here it is. It seems to be mostly original and in pretty descent shape. When I bought the truck we drove it onto the my trailer so it does run and drive. I cant seem to get it to keep running now though, it turns over but just doesn't seem to want to fire. Not sure what the problem is. The bed is in great shape without any rotten or soft spots. As far as I know the drive train is all original. The body seems to be pretty solid with only a few spots that may need attention depending on what you want to do with it. As always on these trucks the cab corners will need some attention, The bottom of the doors have a little rust but nothing bad. The floor pan is very solid with a very small spot about the size of a pen tip. The drivers side rear fender has body filler on it, not sure whats under it but it doesn't seem bad. Both driver and passenger side windows are cracked. Speedometer does not work. The paint is not original. I do not have a title therefore I will provide a bill of sale with the purchase. This a great starter truck and with a little time it could be an awesome rat rod or even street rod.
