The vehicle runs; however, it need tires, has an oil leak and the transmission shifts hard at times. The overall condition of the vehicle is fair. Payment must be received within 3 days of the close of the auction. Payment must be in the form of a Money Order, Personal Check or Certified Check payable to "Town of Bedford". If paying by personal check, the auction item may not be picked up until 14 days after receipt of payment. The successful bidder must make all arrangements for removal of the item. All items purchased must be removed. Arrangements can be scheduled by calling D. W. Lawhorne at 540-587-6081. Items that are not removed within 10 days shall be charged a storage fee of $50.00 per day. Auction items will only be released to the winning bidder or his/her agent as designated in writing. The description provided in this auction is based solely upon general observations. Items listed may need repair or be incomplete. Bidders are invited, encouraged and cautioned to carefully inspect the property offered in the auction prior to submitting bids.
