Outstanding, California bus, built to ride low (no air bags) and win shows. Driven only twice since completion with a total of less than 100 miles. Everything new, rebuilt or refinished. 1st place Bugorama 2013. build started with a clean title, straight CA bus. BODY: started off with complete bus, inside and out media blasted and epoxy coated. Under carriage stripped and coated with rust inhibitor. Front floor quarters were replaced. Both dog legs were replaced and customized. The rocker panel on the driver side, rear rocker panel on driver side, rear passanger side rocker, and both rear quarter panels were all replaced. Most of the body seams and dash were welded and smoothed. Then beautiful 2 stage 2 tone Mango and white paint applied. This bus is as straight as an arrow. SUSPENSION: 5" beam by Wagons West. 4" drop spindles. Tubbed wheel wells up front to allow travel for such a low drop with custom seat frames that allow seats to remain stock looking. Steering box has been raised 1.5" also. Custom ordered Center line 5.5X16" & 7X17" on 195/40 & 205/50 Yokohoma Sdrive tires. Type I rear transaxle conversion from Rancho. Four wheel disc brakes (front: Bustang w/Wilwood Calipers rear: ACC w/E brake). All new brake lines and Master Cylinder. MOTOR: 1641cc dual port is built with less than 100 miles. 69 counter weighted 8 dowel crankshaft, CB rods, CB cheater cam, AA 87 P&C's, CB straight cut gears, rebuilt Kadrons matched with CVD Distributor and a stainless Vintage Speed Low Bus exhaust. WINDOWS & TRIM: Every window in this bus opens. All glass is perfect. All rubber seals are new. Front and rear stainless Safari windows. All 6 new chrome pop-out side windows. Bumpers, brackets and splash pans are new. INTERIOR: New 12V custom wiring 14 circuit fuse box with stock wiring harness. All wiring soldered and covered with shrink tubing. Full new custom interior. Custom built seats for tubs up front utilize stock mounting points. Custom sound sytem with radio delete. Ipod or phone connection only. Front MB Quarts seperates, 6" Speakerskins in the back and Alpine 8's in a custom box in the rear with two amps. IN SUMMERY: 5 years went into this bus. Nothing was overlooked or hurried. Heater boxes and windshield motors are the only things that remain unfinshed (as a CA show car, this was a priority to the owner/builder). You will not be dissapointed in this bus.
