This beautiful two-tone 1981 Toyota Land Cruiser was imported from Australia to the U.S. in 2006, and then to Canada when I bought it a year later. The body was restored in 2012 using heavy gauge aluminum body parts from Aqualu Industries Inc. The aluminum body parts include:-complete body tub (catalog #4006)-front cowl (#4008)-windshield fram (#4008)-front fenders (#4023)-hood side panels (#4031)-running boards (#4020)This sought after 3B diesel engine (3.4 L) runs smoothly with only 160100 miles (258 K Kilometres). It has an oil pan heater and an engine coolant heater to ease the effects of cold weather starts, but even without, it starts in any weather. The frame is solid. Being an Aussie import, it is a right hand drive. This Land Cruiser is equipped with heated leather front seats and a bench seat in the rear that seats and belts 3. It has LED front signals, mirrors mounted on the windshield hinges (so that they will still be there when you decide to ride with the top and doors off), new weatherstripping on all 4 doors, new windshield gasket, a rebuilt radiator, a new oil pan gasket and rocker arm panel gasket, and replaced rad hoses (my previous radiator was stolen during the restoration).For those interested in an off-road rig, here are a few extras:- a full-floating rear axle- a Warn 8274 winch (8000 lb.) with remote- an aftermarket rear bumper with a swing-out spare tire carrier- the original spare tire carrier was modified to carry a Hi-Lift jack and has a 2" x 2" receiver for the jerry can or cooler holder- non-reversible shackles on rear leaf springsThis Land Cruiser has towing capability. The rear bumper has a 2" x 2" receiver for whichever towing hook you need and a 7 point trailer plug-in. This one is a head turner wherever I take it.I am able to store the vehicle for 2 weeks after sale ends if the buyer needs time to arrange shipping. I can also deliver the vehicle to a shipping depot for the buyer.
