I am selling my 1972 CB 175. It is not a restore so everything except the tail pipes is original. This is a 43 year old bike that was garage and house kept by myself and the previous owner. It is in Beautiful condition and in my opinion should be in a museum, even the red line indicator on the tachometer has no sun fade. I did put a few scratches on the right muffler and due to storing it one winter in the garage without gas in the tank, it accumulated rust in the tank, which I thoroughly cleaned. I also put in two transparent inline fuel filters which have never shown any particles whatsoever in them. There is very (and I mean very) slight sun fade on the side covers and that's it for the negatives. The last # of the frame Vin# is #4. The last # of the engine Vin# is #3. All the other #'s on the frame and engine are the same . The Vin# on the title matches the Vin# on the engine. Why the last # of the frame and engine are different I don't know. Over-all this bike is in beautiful condition and I hope it will go to a buyer who will continue to take care of it. Buyer will be responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements and costs.
