This van just had the transmission rebuilt, the engine was replace at 198,000 and countless preventative service work to keep it from breaking down. It runs out very solid and tight. It is a retired company van and it has been VERY WELL maintained, nothing seems abused on it and the mechanics part is great. The oil / filter change was about every 5000 miles plus regular maintenance. Please continue to read below for I will tell you everything about this van. ----------------------------- THE DRIVE TRAIN THIS VAN WILL DRIVE ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO WITH NO FOR-SEE-ABLE PROBLEMS This 5.4 engine sounds great, runs smooth, no signs of oil burning, leaks or smoking. It runs at normal operating temperature as well as normal oil pressure. The AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION shifts out great in all 4 gears and the converter goes into lock out good that LOWERS the RPM for better gas mileage. The transmission was serviced every year AND JUST REBUILT All of the drive train fluids (engine oil, transmission fluid and engine antifreeze) looks clean and shows this van has been serviced regular. This van runs real healthy, and if you did not know better you would think it is a van with only 30,000 miles because that's how well it operates, runs and drives ------------------------------ THE BODY This is one solid vehicle. The body has a couple of small dings. All of the doors on this van shuts real good and easy plus they seal good with very little effort needed to open or close them. THE PAINT JOB is great and real shinny. There is the rock chips down low right behind where the tires fling gravel onto the body. OVERALL, this van is nothing to be ashamed of, it stands very tall and looks near new. There is the factory rubber mat front and a bulk head divider wall behind the front seats with a walk through door. There is cargo bins along the side walls inside the bed and storage compartments outside access Both front seats recline and the driver seat shows wear. Everything works proper, the air conditioning is ice cold and it has a hot heater. ------------------------- OVERALL You got a lot of van here that drives out great, handles well, operates great and you will be able to buy it at a bargain. The tires are all matched in size, 10 ply and have 50% tread remaining and the front 2 are near new. The brakes stop great, no pulsing or pulling. The shocks are good. I don't see any thing altered under the hood, it is as the factory made it. This van has many, easy to see new parts installed everywhere, where it counts like engine, transmission, suspension, new brakes and rotors, ball joints.
