They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. The old Volvo 240 sedans and wagons are legendary for their ability to go hundreds of thousands of mile with minimal fuss and upkeep. The Swedes built an very simple, straightforward, tank of a car. Nice condition examples are getting hard to find. As you can see in the pictures, the exterior of this car looks very nice. The gold paint has a nice shine and looks very good for the age and mileage. There are a few of the expected blemishes and dings that come from normal use. This car does not show any signs of rust on the rockers or wheel wells. The tires are a matching set of Michelins with deep tread. The interior of this Volvo is likewise in very good condition. The seats are clean, comfortable, and free of tears. The carpets are in good condition. There are no pet or cigarette odors. The dash and door panels are in very good condition and have almost no squeaks and rattles. The power windows work properly. The factory radio is in poor shape. The heater and blower work well. This car is A/C equipped, but I’m not sure if I can’t work it or if it doesn’t turn on. The dials are confusing and poorly labeled. The headliner is nearly perfect. Mechanically, this car is in great shape. This engine fires up easily and makes good power. It holds perfect temp. The automatic transmission shifts properly. There is a small exhaust leak, so this car sounds a bit more like a tractor than most 240s. The brakes, suspension, and steering are all in good condition. This car will cruise down the highway at 70 mph with no issues. I would hop in the car and drive it cross country with no hesitation. Well, maybe I would want a nice stereo for a cross-country trip, but you know what I mean. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with NO RESERVE is an uncommonly well kept Volvo 240 DL sedan. The old Volvo 240 sedans and wagons are legendary for their ability to go hundreds of thousands of mile with minimal fuss and upkeep. The Swedes built an very simple, straightforward, tank of a car. Nice condition examples are getting hard to find.
As you can see in the pictures, the exterior of this car looks very nice. The gold paint has a nice shine and looks very good for the age and mileage. There are a few of the expected blemishes and dings that come from normal use. This car does not show any signs of rust on the rockers or wheel wells. The tires are a matching set of Michelins with deep tread.
The interior of this Volvo is likewise in very good condition. The seats are clean, comfortable, and free of tears. The carpets are in good condition. There are no pet or cigarette odors. The dash and door panels are in very good condition and have almost no squeaks and rattles. The power windows work properly. The factory radio is in poor shape. The heater and blower work well. This car is A/C equipped, but I’m not sure if I can’t work it or if it doesn’t turn on. The dials are confusing and poorly labeled. The headliner is nearly perfect.
Mechanically, this car is in great shape. This engine fires up easily and makes good power. It holds perfect temp. The automatic transmission shifts properly. There is a small exhaust leak, so this car sounds a bit more like a tractor than most 240s. The brakes, suspension, and steering are all in good condition. This car will cruise down the highway at 70 mph with no issues.
I would hop in the car and drive it cross country with no hesitation. Well, maybe I would want a nice stereo for a cross-country trip, but you know what I mean. Thanks for looking at my auctions, and good luck bidding!

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will ba having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept personal Checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those transactions. We will assist you in that process.
