This stunning 1971 Bay Window has got to be one of the nicest survivors available today. Original California delivered bus as per the M-plate code. Sometime around 2006 it was refreshed with new original color (code #L53D Niagara Blue) lower paint. Upper and top paint (Pastel White, code #L90D), is still original and very nice. New motor, suspension service, trans rebuild and everything else required to maintain this well kept, well owned bus were also completed around that same time. Miles since refresh was completed is approximated at 9000, all of which put on by a retired school teacher in Napa Ca as a put around vehicle. Runs, drives and stops like a new bus. Everything works, EVERYTHING, with ease, and as it should. Mind blowing original interior. No dash cracks, headliner is amazing. Not just comparatively, but completely, all the way down to the windows, and is original. Floors are rust free. Nothing is missing or modified (except the upgraded radio). 1 key, the original key, locks and unlocks everything! Exterior is just as impressive. Laser straight. Excellent paint. Lots of new seals and felts. Very quiet, rattle free, non-drafty, city or freeway driving. Amazing Deluxe trim work. Super, super nice glass, chrome pieces and trim. I could go on and and on, this one is just that special. The needle in the haystack. The holy grail. The best year bay window to own. etc, etc... Extremely solid and dry, with very few rust spots whatsoever. All are pictured and cosmetic only. 3 small surface only spots at windshield have been documented, and repaired along with a new windshield installed (replaced due to crack). A few more small ones at the rear corners, also pictured, and that is it. Nothing hiding, covered or missed. Likely one of the most rust free units on the planet...at least the honest ones!
