This is a very clean 1985 Volvo wagon with many special features. The car has a little less than 130k miles and I believe it to be original due to the receipts in it, when I bought it 5 years ago. I used this car for special occasions in the summer and have put roughly 8k on it. It has always been garaged. The car starts and runs very well and drives smooth and straight down the road. The brakes work well. We consistently get 25mpg. The AC is not hooked up, but I believe everything else works. This car has not seen any Wisconsin winters, and has very little rust. The car originally came from the pacific northwest, and was repainted at some time in the original Volvo color. The paint has started to peel in a few places. I have never changed the tires, so new ones will be needed. This car comes with special options, including third row seating, cargo cover and cargo mat. There is an oem armrest installed for the driver, which is very comfortable. The car comes with plastic mats over the carpet. This is GL version with real leather seats. The third seat is for children from 50 to 88 pounds. The 15" wheels are more likely to be found on a Volvo 940 than a 240. The usual wheels for this car would be 14". This car has the electronic fuel injection like the later model cars. Sold as is, where is, no warranty, no returns.
