I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a gorgeous 2002 Jaguar XJ8. The 2002 model year is nearing the end of this generation of XJ which represents a nearly perfect blend of old shool reliability with modern luxury features. I would rate the exterior of this XJ8 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a beautiful Jaguar. The dark red finish has a mile deep shine and looks fantastic. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find small imperfections associated with normal use. The only notable flaws on the exterior of this Jaguar are a few light scratches on the roof over the left rear door. As you can see, all of the original VIN tags are still intact which means that all of the sheet metal is original to the car. All of the exterior chrome shines will and has a rich luster as it should. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The power antenna raises and lowers properly. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the parking assist sensors are intact and working properly. This is one of the nicer XJ's I have seen in quite some time. I see plenty of XJ's from week to week but purchase very, very few of them because I am very picky when it comes to these. I love their classic styling and understated yet aggressive look. When you sit behind the wheel and look out over the long lines of the sculpted hood to the leaping cat hood ornament, you know you're not driving your average car. I would rate the interior of this Jaguar to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, the interior of this XJ8 has been very well kept. The drivers door card is a little loose due to a few broken plastic clips at the bottom. The steering wheel shows some age...and the worlds worst cup holder does not close (of course). All of these are common wearable items in these cars so I can't really fault the car for things that seem to break in all of them. The carpets are clean and show very well. The leather trimmed seats also show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The wood veneers show well throughout the interior. The dash and rear deck are clean. The headliner is clean and tight (most of them begin to sag with age). The audio system is original and sounds great. It boasts a CD changer in the trunk and steering wheel audio controls. The climate control system is fully automatic and is in proper working condition. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious, clean and houses the original spare. Mechanically, this Jaguar appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. This Jaguar has excellent road manners. The suspension is supple but tight...just as it should be. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The engine makes great power and is as smooth as silk to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints...at all. This Jaguar is equally at home touring beautiful back country roads as it is speeding down the highway. In any situation, this car handles with poise and confidence...which is exactly what you want in a Jaguar. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a gorgeous 2002 Jaguar XJ8. The 2002 model year is nearing the end of this generation of XJ which represents a nearly perfect blend of old shool reliability with modern luxury features. I would rate the exterior of this XJ8 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a beautiful Jaguar. The dark red finish has a mile deep shine and looks fantastic. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find small imperfections associated with normal use. The only notable flaws on the exterior of this Jaguar are a few light scratches on the roof over the left rear door. As you can see, all of the original VIN tags are still intact which means that all of the sheet metal is original to the car. All of the exterior chrome shines will and has a rich luster as it should. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The power antenna raises and lowers properly. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the parking assist sensors are intact and working properly. This is one of the nicer XJ's I have seen in quite some time. I see plenty of XJ's from week to week but purchase very, very few of them because I am very picky when it comes to these. I love their classic styling and understated yet aggressive look. When you sit behind the wheel and look out over the long lines of the sculpted hood to the leaping cat hood ornament, you know you're not driving your average car.
I would rate the interior of this Jaguar to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, the interior of this XJ8 has been very well kept. The drivers door card is a little loose due to a few broken plastic clips at the bottom. The steering wheel shows some age...and the worlds worst cup holder does not close (of course). All of these are common wearable items in these cars so I can't really fault the car for things that seem to break in all of them. The carpets are clean and show very well. The leather trimmed seats also show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The wood veneers show well throughout the interior. The dash and rear deck are clean. The headliner is clean and tight (most of them begin to sag with age). The audio system is original and sounds great. It boasts a CD changer in the trunk and steering wheel audio controls. The climate control system is fully automatic and is in proper working condition. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious, clean and houses the original spare.
Mechanically, this Jaguar appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. This Jaguar has excellent road manners. The suspension is supple but tight...just as it should be. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The engine makes great power and is as smooth as silk to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints...at all. This Jaguar is equally at home touring beautiful back country roads as it is speeding down the highway. In any situation, this car handles with poise and confidence...which is exactly what you want in a Jaguar. Thank you for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will ba having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept personal Checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are unable to complete any tag or title work (including temp tags) in-house, nor do we collect any sales tax or registration fees. There are Tag & Title locations nearby that can handle those transactions. We will assist you in that process.
